I'm Nora.
With 20 years+ experience in digital media, user centred design and creative strategy for global brands, I can help plan and evolve your communication, your products and services—and the experiences they deliver.
Your customers expect to seamlessly connect with valuable services on every device and platform out there. And every touchpoint defines your brand.
Since the early stages of the web, I have been designing user experiences that improve the consumer’s life and customer journey – or drive engagement.
I'm intrigued by people, their needs and behaviours, and passionate about design and technology.
My approach is rooted in design thinking: I believe in innovation through iteration and collaboration in multi-disciplinary teams, including clients and users. I seek to first understand the business, the brand and the customer.
I hold degrees in Communication Design (BFA) and Business (MBA). I work as a consultant for technology companies, agencies and directly for clients, in which case I can set up and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
Having lived and worked in several, very diverse cities across the globe (Singapore, Teheran, Dubai, Nice, Casablanca, Milan, Los Angeles, San Francisco), I've always embraced the cultural richness of the world we live in. With my husband and two kids I now live in Hamburg.
As a freelancer I support consultancies, technology companies and agencies: freiheit.com technologies, Grabarz & Partner, Interone, Jung von Matt, Kolle Rebbe, Liquid Campaign (now Serviceplan), Philipp & Keuntje, superReal and Talentformation.
Clients in Europe and the USA have included: A-ROSA, BMW, Burt's Bees, Breuninger, Dreamworks Animation, Chefkoch, freiheit.com, Guggenheim Museums, Gravis, Haier, Hard Rock Cafés, Lufthansa Miles & More, Manufactum, METRO, Montblanc, MINI, Molecular Health, NBC, Otto, Pottery Barn, Stiftung Rechnen, Tchibo, Volkswagen and Williams-Sonoma.
